📌 How to Submit Claims
To begin submitting claims electronically to Accountable Care Management Group, LLC, please follow these steps:

Log in to your practice management system or clearinghouse portal.

Update your payer list by searching for or entering Payer ID: ACMG1.

If the Payer ID is not currently available: Please contact your practice management vendor and/or clearinghouse to add payer id ACMG1.

If you do not have a way to submit claims electronically, you can sign up and submit (free to par payers) via Office Ally via the link: Practice Mate

Select Office Ally as your clearinghouse if prompted.

Submit your 837P or 837I claims as you would for any other payer.
