How to Create Member Accounts

Create a Member Account

  1. Navigate to https://acmg.md and click “Member Portal”

  2. Click “Create an account” (bottom right hand side of page)

  3. Read and Select “Accept” – click “Next”

  4. Enter the Member ID for the Primary holder of Insurance  (ex: ACM011111-01)

  5. Enter Primary holder’s first name, last name, and date of birth

  6. Select “Next”

  7. Create User Name

  8. Enter email address

  9. Confirm email address

  10. Enter (create) password

  11. Confirm password

  12. Select and answer all 3 security questions

  13. Select “Next”

  14. Select “Finish”

  15. You will then be prompted to select a method of authentication.  You can have a code texted or emailed to you. Choose one and select “Complete”

  16. Enter the code sent to you and select “Submit”  (THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL:  this has been added for your security)

Create an Account for a Dependent

Using the Member Home Page

Once logged in, the member will find the following:

  • Most recent claims

  • Balance Summary (accumulative balance)

  • Quick Links to:

  • Print ID Card (download and print ID card)

  • Grant User Access to other members on their policy

 

Use the Menu bar options to see:

  • Coverage & Benefits- Members will find information about their policy and who is covered under their account. They may also view their accumulative balances. With proper permissions, the user can view information regarding other members by selecting a name from the pull-down menu. Members will automatically have access to view anyone on their account under the age of 18.

  • Claims – Members can view recent claims and claim history

  • Forms & Resources – Link to library of policy forms and any plan documents regarding their coverage and provider links (may be client-specific)

 

Users should select their profile to change or update their password, security questions, or email address

  5. Enter dependent’s first name, last name, and date of birth

  6. Enter the Member ID for the Primary holder of Insurance  (ex: ACM011111-01)

  7. Enter Primary holder’s first name, last name, and date of birth

  8. Select “Next”

  9. Create User Name

  10. Enter email address

  11. Confirm email address

  12. Enter (create) password

  13. Confirm password

  14. Select and answer all 3 security questions

  15. Select “Next”

  16. Select “Finish”
